8 Alexander Bukalov (the organization «Donetsk Memorial»), the Fund, and also Department for execution of punishments in Lugansk area (the head - Sergey Gorenko) have carried out a round table which task became the analysis of results of the project on studying opinion of prisoners and employees of prisons of several areas of Ukraine concerning operating conditions and maintenance in such special establishments.

10 The fund continues carrying out of cultural - educational actions together with foreign students of Lugansk state medical university. This time prisoners and employees of an educational prison for minors of Perevalsk have got acquainted with culture and traditions of India, Tunis, Malaysia.

Besides volunteers of fund have transferred in a prison 15 sets of clothes and books for library.

Dear visitors! Our new section "Consultation" is devoted to questions which we most frequently answered at daily work with people addressing in Fund: social - legal, psychological explanations and other helpful information for adults and children.

The part of materials is taken from legislative base and other sources, and also there are own development of experts and volunteers of Fund.

Because of specificity of materials which will be explanations of the rights, privileges for the Ukrainian citizens, the page will be published only in Ukrainian and Russian languages

25 The volunteer of fund Alexey Murashkevich has been invited to training camp «School of youth social trainers», organized by NGO «Youth training center "Orange" for carrying out of a master - class on prevention of a drugs using among teenagers.

24 The fund maintains idea of foreign students of Lugansk State Medical University and the center of social services for family, children and youth of Lenin district of Lugansk.

Students from Tunis, Nigeria, Malaysia, Azerbaijan, India made performances for children and pedagogical collectives of school № 14 of Lugansk, a shelter for minors of Stakhanov and a boarding school № 2 of Stakhanov. The concert program displayed cultural traditions of these countries.

The help of students was not only performances: on the moneys collected by them for each child the gift has been bought (a copy-books, pens, pencils, fruits, juices).

For Fund this trip pursued two more purposes.

The first - delivery of children's books to libraries of a shelter and a boarding school, collected by inhabitants of Lugansk during the action organized by shop "Idea ", and also transferred by the deputy of Lenin regional council Pavel Pilavov.

The second - finding-out of questions of the legal status of children-orphans, discussion of probable variants of the help to children and teachers of a boarding school and the plan of the future visits.

11 Chairman of the board of fund has been invited to a meeting with pedagogical collective of school № 1 where he has acted with a report «Social - legal protection of children and youth».

3 We are glad to inform, that today our wards Tatyana and Alexander Cherbakovyh have become a parents. Healthy and strong boy named Rostislav was born.

Except husband Alexander Vladimir Goncharov, director of the Lugansk regional center of social services for family, children and youth Eremenko Irina Vladimirovna and a crew of telechannel Lugansk cable TV met happy mum at doors of a maternity home with congratulations.
