Education:

1989 Lugansk Taras Shevchenko's State Pedagogical University. Specialty – a teacher of mathematics.

From 1996 up to 2001 was the head of minors affairs Service of Leninskiy district council of Lugansk city.

Since 1997 has been the Board Chairman of Lugansk Regional Charitable Foundation "Teenager".

Since 2000 has been the representative of National Fund of social protection of mothers and children "Ukraine - to children" in Lugansk region.

Since 2001 has been worked as director of the Center of social services for family, children and youth of Leninskiy district council in Lugansk.

Graduate of the program "Community connections" (2002) - visit to state Virginia (USA) with the purpose of acquaintance with job of public organizations.

Participant of the International forum "Vectors of integration processes of the eastern Ukraine" (Donetsk, 2002), the International scientific-practical conference "Actual problems of humanization and pedagogicanization process of execution criminal punishments in the light of A.Makarenko's pedagogical ideas" (Kharkov, 2003) and the International conference "МАТRА: ten years of transformations" (Kiev, 2005), a round table " Experience of partnership of public organizations and state structures in realization of the reform of criminal-executive system" (Kiev, 2005) and "Problems of citizens' access to information" (Kiev, 2005)

The author of books "Bermudian triangle of our souls" and "the World is created for children". Has a number of publications in local press.

Awarded with certificates of honor of Lenin district council of Lugansk city, Lugansk regional state administration, the State center of social services for youth, the Ministry on youth and sports affairs.
