The book is the first attempt to explain the legal procedures involved in deinstitutialization of orphaned children in Lugansk region. The topics described are: the reasons children become orphans, what awaits boarding school graduates, steps involved in creating adoptive family, and legal steps that are to be taken to become an adoptive parent.

The book deals with psychological and pedagogical problems of upbringing adopted children. It is the logical continuation of the book Deinstitutialization of Orphans, Stages and Legal Procedures Necessary to Create an Adoptive Family. The book shows the ways of finding a child for adoption, of resolving pedagogical and psychological problems that arise, hints for future adoptive parents.

Re-socialization of Street Children by Sergey Popov

The goal of this publication is to attract the attention of teachers, psychologists, doctors etc. to the problem of street children and to join the efforts in fighting this problem. Statistical data is presented as well as methodical recommendations on social support.
